Starting her career in the corporate world, Valerie decided nearly 20 years ago that the only way to have work/life balance was to work for her own success and learn the skills necessary to become an entrepreneur.
Valerie immersed herself in personal development and leadership training and eventually found the industry of network marketing. The independence offered from this career choice of working from home allowed her to have a successful business and be home to spend time with her then two young children.
Today, she is an industry leader and proud of her network marketing and consulting profession.
Valerie is excited to pioneer this booming new sector of the health and wellness industry and educating the masses about the many uses of hemp and CBD in our economy.
As an entrepreneur, Valerie recognized the financial potential of the industry and partnered with Kannaway and developed her legal cannabis business. As one of the founding members, she created a six-figure income within her first year and helped form the company’s first Advisory Council and sits on that board today.
Within three years, Valerie attained the companies highest rank of Crown Ambassador Elite, helped open the European Union and the United Kingdom, has over 30,000 Brand Ambassadors in her organization and enjoys a seven-figure income.
Valerie is often as a featured guest speaker at various industry and company events. She is passionate about developing leaders globally and coaching and mentoring them to achieve financial success in this industry.
